Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers may take 1–5 business days to become active in the carrier’s system. If your tracking hasn’t updated after that period, please contact us at support@nangastore.com.
Why didn’t my order arrive in one package?
We ship from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. Your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time (processing + shipping):

International (Canada, UK, EU, Australia): 15–24 business days
During peak season (Christmas, New Year), delivery may take longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes! After shipment, we’ll email you a tracking link. Or visit our Order Tracking Page.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays may be caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days, contact us for a resolution.
Can I update my shipping address?
We accept address change requests within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us at support@nangastore.com as soon as possible.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO or remote locations?
Yes, but delivery may take an additional 5–10 business days.
Will I pay customs taxes or VAT?
Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). You may be charged VAT or import fees based on your country’s policy. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Why do I have to pay extra fees on delivery?
Some remote area fees or import duties may apply depending on your location. Contact your local customs office for more details.

No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

I received a defective or damaged product. What should I do?
We’re sorry! Contact us within 7 days at support@nangastore.com with photos or videos. If verified, we’ll send a free replacement — no return required.
I received the wrong product.
Please email support@nangastore.com with clear photos of the item. We’ll send the correct item and you can keep the wrong one.
Do I need to return a defective item?
No. We don’t require returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Can I return or exchange an item due to size issues?
Unfortunately, we do not accept size-based returns or exchanges. All products are made-to-order. Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — contact us within:

After this period, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
My order hasn’t arrived. Can I get a refund?
