If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to providing you with a replacement or a full refund, without the need to return the item. We take full responsibility for any loss you may encounter.
Returns: Currently, we do not accept returns as all our items are made-to-order, and we do not maintain inventory or stock.
If you need to make corrections to your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched to the fulfillment centers, cancellation is not possible.
Carefully review the description of each item before finalizing your order, and utilize the provided sizing chart to ensure accurate selection. Please provide precise information during the ordering process.
In the rare event of us sending you the wrong order, inform us promptly to rectify the issue. There's no need to return the incorrect item; you can keep it as a gift.
Order Cancellation: Since all items are made-to-order, cancellation and refund requests are only accepted within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the order placement time. Beyond this period, orders are sent to fulfillment centers and cannot be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Damaged or Defective Items: Replacements or full refunds are offered upon providing photo proof within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking website and shipping label.
- Late Delivery or Missing Orders: A 50% refund is available after 45 days of placing the order, and a full refund after 60 days.
Please note that refund requests due to customer error, such as incorrect size, design, color, or shipping address, are generally not accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be officially posted.

Exchanges & Replacements (if applicable): We replace items only if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by the tracking website. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@nangastore.com with photo proof.
Upon approval of the photo, we will dispatch a replacement to you, eliminating the need to return the defective item.
