This policy outlines how you can cancel your order, the conditions for eligibility, and the steps to request a cancellation.


A. Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within the following timeframes:

  • Within 24 hours for orders placed on weekdays.

  • Within 48 hours for orders placed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has entered production or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


B. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via:

  • The reason for cancellation

Once we receive your request, our team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation and issue a refund if applicable.


C. Refund Processing

  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Payment methods supported: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, or other methods used at checkout.


D. Orders Already in Production or Shipped

Once your order has entered the production stage or been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information on how we handle defective or incorrect products.
